At sea on the way to Manta, Ecuador.

This was another day of very calm seas. There is usually nothing to exciting on sea days. This morning we were sitting on our balcony when Bobbi spotted this strange thing moving along at the same speed as the ship. It turned out to be a very large fishing net. We dragged it for a while and then you could see it get tighter and tighter and then piece by piece it started popping and breaking. I have no idea what it was caught on, but I’m sure it is not doing the ship any good.

At about 6:00 PM we had a crossing of the equator celebration for the gold and platinum passengers. We had some really good Hors DOeuvres, pretty girls from the dance troop, drinks, and a very bad King Neptune. He was OOGLY. This was held on the 8th floor forward deck outside. It is a small outside deck that is like a balcony for the main outside forward deck and again, usually for staff only.

One pretty dancer just could not keep her hands off me. It was very windy out there and she said my hair was messed and she had to fix it for me. She had been a guide in the hall leading to the deck. She couldn’t keep her hands off me there either. I guess some of us guys just have it and some don’t. Not only was she pretty and talented, she also has great taste in guys.

I wonder if folks realize this guy has crabs?
